What is Glen's Friends?
Glen’s Friends was established in 2023 as the first LGBTQIA+ not for profit based in Arlington Heights, IL. Our mission is to nurture a world where all can love and be loved.
We wholeheartedly embrace the transformative power of love and are determined to cultivate a world where every soul can experience the boundless joy of loving and being loved.
What does it mean to join the HEIGHTS PRIDE campaign?
By joining, you pledge that:
We will maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all people, including employees, visitors, customers, vendors, and clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, religion or disability.​

We will avoid discrimination against any individuals or denying goods or services based on any of these characteristics, and we will provide goods and services to all on the same terms.​
​We will implement, honor and respect all pronouns.
As a member of the Arlington Heights community:
Show your support for LGBTQ+ families, attract the attention of community allies, and commit to making Arlington Heights an inclusive and safe community.

As a business owner or organization leader:
Joining the Campaign allows you to broaden your network of like-minded business owners and organization leaders, opening the door to new partnerships and cross-marketing opportunities. Also, all Campaign participants will be featured on the Glen’s Friends website, and we will from time to time highlight individual businesses and organizations on our social media.

As an employer:
Attract a diverse workforce, including local college and high school students seeking employment.
We will deliver your window cling to be hung in a visible location in your store or office, and we ask that the signed original Pledge be posted for employees.
